New EPG Faults
Hello people
A major fault in the new EPG, after going into the catch up TV menu and then scrolling through the programmes available, the whole thing crashes with a nasty loud buzzing sound. After seeing this posted by others on other threads, its obviously not just my box if others are having the problem too. Are Virgin aware of this problem and when will it be sorted?

Re: New EPG Faults
Strange..
It happened to me today. Never seen it before. Very loud buzz and the box locked up. I was in catch Up TV too. I've got a Samsung box.

Re: New EPG Faults
I've noticed a short buzzing noise when in the menus, Samsung box, "upgraded" yesterday. Not noticed any lock ups so far.

Re: New EPG Faults
Happened 5 times yesterday on my Samsung box. I gave up on trying to access VOD in the end.
