still not working here in nw leics anyone know when if it will be fixed before 27/5 for french open then wimbledon. have phoned and emailed cs and faluts several times but may as well have ****ed in the wind for all the use it was

I have seen on other web pages that Virgin are going to update their V+ Boxes with an new code from mid-May to fix the Red Button IN TIME for BBCi Tennis and BB8.

Media Boy IS the new name for TV Boy. I do not work for Virgin Media in anyway I am just an Virgin TV viewer all info I get is from other Web Sites or from newspapers.

unplug box, hold services, plug back in, when your screen displays lots of numbers let go of services, it will re-tune and then see if that solves the problem

Is this a known fault that can be fixed? The red button for BBCi has never worked on my V+. Normally it wouldn't bother me, and hence I haven't bothered ringing Customer Services but with Wimbledon coming up I suspect I might put it to some use.

If I was you I would buy a freeview box for about £20 as you might be waiting a long time
