Re: TV5

I don't have it but I hope it is better than the current French terrestrial channels I see whenever I am in France.

The only ones I like are M6 for music and films and 5/ARTE the french/german channel that has documentaries, which don't seem to be on cable here.

Re: TV5

On Saturday night there is often a caberet with some great acts. You have to sit an wait for the chattering to stop, but it is fun harmless entertainment. Acoustic is good as well, live performences of music

Meny Years ago on Analogue Cable there used to be a channel called Sat1 (German) which used to timeshare with TV5.

Most of there documentaries films and adverts i found quite amusing don't know why most possibly because it was so much different compared to our version of UK TV ...

Re: TV5

I've always thought this to be the most pointless of all the cable channels. Why can't they provide subtitles? Merde! I might be missing some good programmes.

Re: TV5

I have found a few programmes that I am interessed in on TV5 but I wish they would provide english subtitles.

I hope we get DW-TV (German) and Leonardo (Italian) which are currently avaliable on the ex.Telewest platform. I would also really like TVEi (Spanish) which is avaliable on Sky. I think Virgin needs more international channels.
