V+ Box (No Display - HELP) - I've messed this up!

Hi,

Yesterday I had a new V+ box installed and it was all working great when I was Scart Display setting.

I then plugged in the HD cable and sent to the settings to test out the HD. I did this and I found that i only had about 5 seconds to quickly swap the settings on the TV remote to change the input and then press the TEXT button to confirm. But it worked..

Now, being a bit more confident when the girlfriend came in I wanted to show her the difference with HD (as i had been going on about it for ages!) I think i must have selected a different type of HD output that the TV does not understand. But because i hit the TEXT button to confirm it I now have NO DISPLAY AT ALL! HELPPP....

I have tried what someone else suggested by holding down PLAY and STOP at te same time. But this did not do anything.

Can someone please give me 'Blind Man' instructions on how to turn this back to scart..!

Many thanks.

Homage to the old site A lot of people still use it as an access portal as it shows us what we need to know straight away. The team have said it will disapear at some point probably.
