As advised by Mick earlier, call us when you get home to get the box hit. Spoke to Steven in the UK, who knew what he was talking about, he sent the hit, waiting until the box had rebooted itself, then upgraded itself, then checked the channels were there. Then we said our farewells. (Oh and he cancelled the engineer visit India said I needed !)
