richmond216 is an unknown quantity at this point
its working

after numerous phone calls again it turns out they gave me the wrong account number so i got new account number and if by magic i have a picture so all this bs about there being a fault with newly installed v+boxes is totally untrue he even told me himself there were no faults ........so finally after 72 hours and at least 24 hours on the phone i am up and running....im off now to have a play

I'm glad you have got it sorted... not very good that you had to work it out yourself though!
