Where abouts do you live? I only wonder because I had booked a v+ installation 3 weeks ago for Saturday (the 5th) and then got told as late as possible on Friday that they couldn't get engineers to work on the Saturday, this despite me phone twice on Thursday (the 3rd) to check that the install was still going ahead and being told that it was.
