VOD Problems

Since we got the new Virgin Branded EPG we have been getting messages when trying to access TV Choice or Catch Up TV Saying that VOD is unavalible etc etc. I phoned VM and told them 2 week ago and they said it was a local thing but its still not working and my aunty who lives 4 doors down can get onto hers perfect.

I dont use VOD that much but my mum was the one who told me and when we do manage to get VOD to come on its all pixelated and hard to see at time

Anyone got any suggestions? CS are a bit useless lol well the ones i have spole to are

I think it might be te EPG or it might not i dont know i do have one of those "Old Crappy Pace Boxes" tho

Thanks

heres a idea.rather than trying to sort it out yourself on here call customer services again and tell them your box has 8888 on the front panel.when the tech comes round tell him you have been getting 8888 on the screen but you reboot it and it goes for a couple of hours and comes back.garanteed he,ll swap your box.hes not going to wait for 2 hours.if he doesnt swap it he needs shooting.....
