i would like VM TV

Hello all.

I currently have 4 meg broadband (size L)

i pay £25 a month and im very happy

Seems to me that some people are getting phone, digital tv and broadband (2meg) for around £30.

I dont want to lose my 4meg so 4meg is the lowest BB speed i want to go to.

I just caled virgin after being passed round 4 departments i made it to retentions (dunno why) told them i didnt wish to leave and they said they couldnt help, so i gave in and came here.

So......if i did want to add the basic digital TV package (and possibly a phone as well) What would be the best price i could get and what department should i be talking to?

Re: i would like VM TV

Ring CS and go for the 3 for £30 deal and tell them you want the broadband upgrading to the L package. This will be an extra £7 so it will be £37 a month for:

TV XL
Phone M
BB L

I clicked on the already with us tab and chose the bits individually, you could get an idea of the cost this way and then ring up and claim you can get it cheaper with Sky?

Re: i would like VM TV

£37 is the bundle deal price so I'm not sure if you'd be able to split it up.

If you split up the bundle it would cost you:

TV XL = £20.50
Phone M = £16.50
BB L = £25

Total = £62

TV + BB = £45

...so it would be better for your company to pay for your phone as well as they'd save £8.
