PIN for VM tv
I had the tv installed today but i dont know the PIN, would i get it in the post

The engineer should have informed you of it. Ring Customer services who will be able to inform you of it or reset it and give you the number

he didnt say what it was, when he connected the tv up he phoned virgin to get the box working and he said the pIN and the number on the box but i didnt ask for the PIN as i thought that A; it would come in the post or he would tell me it later on

Ring Cust. Services they will help you straight away. It is normally 1234 or 0000

try 1234 thats the standard the installers set (if they can be bothered to set 1 at all) on the samsung 2110 boxes up here thats what it defaults to after the code download.

im sure it began with a 4, he read the number out when he installed the tv

could be/used to be when dig first launched, the last 4 numbers of your acc number.

As with many threads on here it depends if you ex ntl ex telewest etc etc.
Best call cust services who can advise or reset..

Mine was 1000 on a Samsung 2110.

mine was 0000 for a samsung 2100 - although I don't think stb is a factor, it is what the install tech sets, afaik?
