Haven't heard anything, but I don't use it. If you have VM phoneline then phone faults on 151. Is there an error code or anything. If you can give more info on exactly what it's saying then those 'in the know' can probably help you better.

Ok it simple terms its TV e mail not BB not any sort of PC. & yes they give a number to call it starts 0845 ( so I ain`t going to call). The message is that this service is not available & to call for further details. It was just a shot in the dark that some one knows why it has been I think dropped ---- Can I get some money back ----- it was sold as part of my package -- only kidding- or am I!!!?

are you talking about the email service through yur tv from virgin media, its there, i havent used it yet but the options there

As the other users say - call 151 from your VM phone line. (It's a free call)
I have used the email through television since the switch to VM with no problem.

As I said before I not that worried. But it is a message with a nice logo etc saying its not available & to phone 0845 etc so I guess its not a fault as such
