VM just installed their TV but I'm only receiving TV Size L, not XL as it says on their website in 3 for £30... Is this because XL offer is only for those customers that ordered their TV service just before Easter or for everyone(?), as I ordered mine a month before Easter, while they still offered Size L?
According to the Virgin Media website it looks like the 3 for £30 deal now includes the XL TV package. I thought it was just an offer for Easter so I'm going to ring them up also as I'm paying extra for XL TV.
Services: virgin media XL tv(ex telewest), phone and internet, sky sports collection, V+ box

funny thing is im sure we asked for the XL tv package which we were given but we're nt getting all the channels that are on the XL package, we are getting some channels but not all, for example we dont have Paramount Comedy 2 among others, ill phone them up tommorrow
