Not that I'm aware of I'm afraid...

Would be useful to have some sort of list though of all the On Demand content.

No, it depends on what TV package you have. All the TV packages let you watch 'Catch Up TV' but only the XL package lets you watch 'TV Choice'. I think everyone has to pay for 'More On Demand' when they watch it.

the only on-demand content you can get for more than a week hence is the filmflex content,catch up tv only shows programmes from a week previous,so if you see whats being shown from 1 week to the next that should be a fair assumption of what to expect in the future (barring new programmes obviously)
