a bit of advice please

hi i got the vip package 3 weeks ago and i am now starting to fiddle about with it,i was on the home page and was trying out the different options,some of the sites i brought up say suscribed does this mean that i am already paying for them through my package which costs £85 or do i have to pay to view them,the reason i am asking is that after contacting virgin about this i got 2 different answers [1] you do have to pay [2] they are already paid for in my package,anybody out there that has this deal could you please clarify this point for me it will be much appreciated thank you.

Sites? What are you looking at channel wise?

Subscribed means that the price of viewing has already been met by your package. you will only need to pay if an amount is actually shown.

sorry paul i am not to well up on the jargon,i think i should have said programmes,anyhow i think i have got the jist of how it is done now thanks
