Getting recordings off of V+

Probably been discussed at length but I can't find it.

Can you drag recordings off the V+ other than by using the menu feature of record to vcr/dvd? Can you move them off on to a usb? or connect a laptop to the usb and drag them off that way?

Re: Getting recordings off of V+

The only way to copy recordings is by the means of the the "Copy to DVD/VHS" menu. There is nothing to access via the USB port.
