[Merged]Prem Plus no programme

Programme starts at 5pm...still nothing. If this game doesn't appear VM and me are fininshed. Is there a no. I can ring to ask whats going on? I am Prem + season ticket.

this is a dam disgrace, i was defending virgin media after the first problem with prem plus, but now this is a complete farce, i think its time to get rid of Virgin Media in my house and that includes broadband, how can they treat us this badly? its a disgrace.

on hold on phone listening to VM music....going to tell someone where to stick their VM if I ever get answered.

I too had a blank screen when I tuned in but by using the + and - channel change feature on the remote the match suddenly came on. Hope this works for you.

You could try buying it again off 502, then phone up on Monday and get it taken off your bill.

If its not working, try changing off channel and changing back a few times. I did it once with Premplus and its now just come on.

I had to do it with Sky Sports 1 a few times before the other day.

the bloke on the other end of the phone could not speak english and neither of the other 3 i spoke to could either! I only want to watch he football

Okay, managed to get the channel. by flicking too and from it, but then got still pic with no sound. The pic refreshes once every 5 secs.
