V+ Box
Hi,
I was hoping someone might be able to help.
- Last Friday I had a V+ box installed - to update my service.
- I also have a Samsung box installed upstairs.
The engineer that installed my box told me that I needed to wait 4 hours for the service to update and for the subscribed channels - no update took place. I then called Virgin, they sent an update. The V+ recording function started working. However, I still don’t have a picture on any subscribed channels (blank screen). It’s also worth mentioning that the Samsung box upstairs no longer has a picture on the subscribed channels.
An engineer will be coming out on Wednesday – I don’t think the problem is local, I think the problem is at base.
Has anyone had this ssue?
If yes, what was the problem?
