Re: Red button And Sky sports

I've just been told by sales that Sky Sports interactive is not available on Virgin Media, contrary to what the engineer who installed my V Box said this afternoon, after specifically asking him if match choice would work, that interactive WAS available on Sky Sports!

I'm trying to get the engineer tracked down to explain himself!

That is a shame because that one thing i would like to see Virgin work on the amount of interactive shows that are not actually working with Virgin,i had kind of hoped switching to V+ may have enabled me to interact with match choice.

I don't like to bearer of bad news, BUT you can't do that on VM, l was told that also by VM, but it does not work, and l asked CS,and l was told that, that part does not work at the moment due to argument with Sky, as the system that l believe you want, ie choose a game on Sky sports, Sky won't allow VM customers the use of it.

That is why l got rid of it.

Re: Red button And Sky sports

This is one more dissapointment of VM, they have the potential but if they can't get it then it makes Sky more tempting.
