Help with Samsung SMT-2110C
Hi

Can anybody help, one of my kids(none are owning up to it)has set a password on the STB, we now cannot watch tv after 11pm and most of the channels are locked. Does anybody know how to reset this os is this a job for NTL.

It is a job for Virgin Media. If you give them a call on 150 they will be able to sort it out for you.

Alternatively you could lock your children in their rooms until one of them owns up to it and tells you what the pin number is
