[URGENT] Sky Movies 1
Hey,

Long time reader, first time poster. I'm trying to get Sky Movies 1 added to my package so I can watch the Academy Awards tonight, I tried calling 150 around 9 times to see if I can actually get to someone clever but it didn't work out I see there is a section on the virginmedia.com website that says "Already with us?" and gives you the chance of doing this upgrade but I'm not sure its automatic, I don't want to give 20 quid for something I don't need if I can't get it tonight. Any help is much appreciated.

apologies, it was meant to be a joke, sometimes the Glasgwegian sense of humour though don't work too well, lol.

Also, i tend to feel sorry for call centre staff, get a lot of grief,

Aren't those only for faults? I spoke with India for around 8 times

151 is for faults - they won't be able to upgrade services.

I don't think customer services (150) is open on Sunday, so your probably out of luck with your upgrade.
