For me I don't care abut sky one
but I think VM offer new channels could be better then Sky One which is HBO and Buena Vista video on demand and more.
Do you agree?

If your that upset you never know branson might give you 24 boxset free or reduced at his store. The fact is SKY only transmits these shows there not going to be able to stop the makers releasing DVD's.
Also when there contract up SKY might just lose out to show them. Just shows SKY stupidity might just come back on them and diminishes the loss of these so called top shows.

Well after looking at what HBO & Buena Vista have to offer, I have to say that I'd rather stick with Sky One.

It was a lot worse a few years back when many channels did not cross over platforms.
What comes around goes around. I understand feelings are running high I myself like to watch 24. I also like sky sports news. I aint going to throw my service down the tubes and jump ship. Equally think virgin media had all customers interests in there heart by turning down a very unreasonable demands.

At the moment on sky my only must see programme is Lost. In fact at this very moment Sky1 has Cold Case (urgh) followed by (old) SG1, sky 2 has Flatliners which has just finished on Sky 1. In addition they have a nasty habit of showing things like Buffy in the middle of the day when I'd rather my kids didn't see it.
However you wrap it up, its not what it used to be. I say bring on Virgin 1, buy all the good stuff from under Skys nose when contracts come up and stuff it to THEM on syndication talks.
Oh did i mention that sky charge you to fix their crappy equipment after the first year?
