wheres my diary gone???
Hi
Done a search for diary cant find anything used to have diary showing reminders/booked etc cant find it on virgin epg is it hidden ? or has it gone altogether ????

if you go to tv guide, then more, which i believe is button 9, there is a screen which lets you see your reminders, i believe it is option 7, but there is no way to see them without doing that

Sorry  Can't help then. My samsung still has the old epg. That will be a bit of a pain if it can't show you what you've planned to watch/record.

If you have the new black Virgin Media software, the Diary (now called Your Reminders - I think), should be located by pressing Home/Guide > (1) TV Guide > (9) More > (7) Your Reminders

Has this changed? (My box is a Samsung SMT-2110C)
I got the upgrade this morning and cannot find diary/reminders. (I can set them but can't view what has been set)
The above sequence brings me to GUIDE, 9=Help & info, 7=Penny movies.

To review reminders, press GUIDE/HOME, then select TV GUIDE followed by MORE, and then YOUR REMINDERS.
This is from the user guide so should work.

You missed out 1=TV Guide before pressing 9.
