VM and Sky to meet again about Sky One
Snippet of info from Media Guardian (full article at http://business.guardian.co.uk/story/0,,2017546,00.html) ...about VM's and Sky's attempts to make a deal for Sky One:
According to an insider, "The negotiations are pretty much coming to an end, although things are still very sensitive...I would be staggered [if Sky's channels were withdrawn]. There is a bigger game here and that is the more holistic position of growing the multichannel audience."
"It is in the interests of both to have a much bigger cake from which to take from. I can't believe that either side would want to get to that position [of not agreeing a deal]."

Both sides have agreed a deadline of the 28th to close the deal, which is the day the current deal for Sky One on Cable expires.

Well CF closed my page down about that artucle at about 3.30pm today.
