cft-2100 picture problems

Hi guys, im hoping someone can help with this.

Situation is this, my brother-in-law is in an analogue only area of Manchester so he as the General Instument cft-2100 for his tv watching needs.Power went down last week but once back on he tried the tv and all the channels are there but the picture was fuzzy and jumping (as though it wasnt quite tuned in correctly).

I went and had a look but there didnt seem to be a menu where you could manually tune any channels (dont even know if this is possible). Is there an engineers menu or something similar he could access to tune this thing or is it a case of him waiting until the engineer comes out next week to try and fix it?

Box is 100% legit so i dont want to go messing and damage anything as i've never seen this kind of box before.

Power off. Check all cables are connected correctly, then power on. He could also try retuning his TV to the box output.

Out of interest, whereabouts is he? I didn't know there were any analogue-only areas in Manchester.

Ive checked all his connections, they seem fine.
He's in Worsley M38 area.He's phoned CS quite a few times but they have no plans to do digi tv in that area.
