Jumping

Hiya

I was watching a 4OD when it started Jumping, I thought it might have just been the VOD not working, anyway after the program it was doing it on the tv, so I unplugged it and took all the cables out and stuck them back in again but it is still doing it.

It is not like every few mins it is all the time, do you think its the box or the signal?

I have a Sammy.

Thanks
