Setanta Sports Pack

Does the new Setanta Sports Pack come into effect today? I got the letter but threw it away. I assume that you migrate automatically to it or do you have to call NTL? I stiil only have NASN at the moment

Yep, comes in today. You'll have to call to order it if you currently only subscribe to NASN.

I subscribed to the old Setanta Sports Pack, but still do not have NASA or Racing UK. I'll called customers services at 1.30pm, and was told they would be added in the next two hours. Still waiting...........

was subscribed to NASN and I thought it would be automatically swapped
over to Setanta Sports package today.

It wasn't so I just rung Customer Services and they didn't seem to know
anything about it - after some discussion they said that they would change
me over - they must have pushed some buttons as now I have Setanta Sports
but no NASN and some of the other sports channels I am supposed to have.

So I rung customer
services again and this time the lady told me to reboot and all channels
would be there. I rebooted but they weren't there. She then said that the
missing channels might not be there til tomorrow because of the rebranding
but I can't believe that is correct.

Yes the new Setanta package launched today. I called to add it on.

I didn't have any of the channels before as I was waiting for this to launch first.

Still showing as unsubscribed here. Have NTL changed things from what the letter states? If so, it would have been nice if they'd informed us.

Still not getting NASN or Racing UK, phoned customer servers again, a rather rude lady told me there is nothing she can do and it could take a couple of days.

I managed to get through but was told (incorrectly) that my mother had changed the password on our account (I've checked and she did no such thing, she never calls NTL as she always gets me to do it).

I've (supposedly) now been upgraded to the Setanta bundle, let's see how long it takes for the channels to show up…

I had a feeling the letter said that we would be switched over automatically. I will call them in a few days after they get over their 'teething' problems with the new packages

I still don't have the package. The only channel that has been added so far is the Setanta Golf channel, exciting stuff.

The rest of the channels have come through for me now. Looks like the letter may have been wrong and you'll need to call CS tomorrow and get them to upgrade you.

I have just rung CS again - I have now been told that I haven't got NASN as my area (Perth) hasn't been updated - they couldn't tell me when it will be updated - what is going on how difficult can it be , I had NASN until I phoned up to say I didnt have Setanta Sports

We have NASN which we've had for years. The sentanta channels havent arrived but as i dont want them im not going to call and if i get billed for them heads will roll.

With Setanta selling NASN I'm surprised they bothered with this on cable. Can only be short term
