New installation but no VOD or BBCi

Hello,

I've had my NTL installed and got Samsung STB, the relevant modem and phone but no VOD or BBCi on my Samsung box! And it's not a shiney new Virgin MEdia box

It comes up error code IS002 I think! What should I do? I was thinking it was maybe the system simply sorting itself out and I was going to give it a full 24 hrs but who should i contact? As I've got a plethora of numbers to use!

Plus I need a PIN for my broadband, does anyone provide that to me or should I make myself known and give them hell?!

Cheers for any advice.

That means your interactive features haven't been activated properly, call faults up and it should be sorted within 48 hours

Call 150 free from your phoneline, they will be able to sort out your pin issues, VOD and Interactive.
