No programme information
Hi, is anyone else having problems with their TV Drive not showing the TV Guide info. Ours is either showing what is planned for tonight (eg BBC just says Match of the Day and then Bronco Billy) or they just say No Programme Information.
We had it set to record Torchwood last night, but this didn't record as the box obviously didn't pick up that it was on. For things we want to tape tonight, I'll have to set manual recording as I can't set it via the TV Guide.
Is this a known issue, anyone else suffering it?

Same here. Reset and reboot didn't fix it.

Same here in sunny Stevenage. A reboot achieved sweet FA. Come on ntl, I have only had it 2 days now. So far ir has been a joy to use the TVDrive. I guys it's a date issue. All the programme start times seem to be stuck around mid night last night.
