Have you tried rebooting your settop. Faults is down ?, do you mean the faults telephone line is down. Just tried 151 worked first time.

yes CS HELP ME TOLD TO REBOOT AND IT STILL THE SAME AND FAULTS NOT TAKING ANY CALL THE BAD weather THERE GOT AND THERE HAD IN THE PAST 24 HUR WHEN YOU PHONE IT JUST SAY PHONE BACK LATTER YOUR IN THE MORNING FROM 8AM TILL 8PM
