What is NTL's definition of summer?

I Live in the Great Yarmouth/Lowestoft area and we're supposed to be recieving the Video on Demand service, according to their website, in "SUMMER 06". Its now October 11th and we still only get Movies, Special events, Adult etc. I was just wondering if NTL's seasons are different to everyone else.......

Thumbs down Re: What is NTL's deffinition of summer?

Just recieved an email from ntl customer services as follows:

"Thank you for your email.

The Video On Demand service should now be available in your area.

If this is not the case please contact a member of our Faults team on
0845 454 0000, option 3, or for free on an ntl landline on 151.

Regards,

NTL Customer Concern"

just tried rebooting the box and lo and behold still no VOD, just the usual 4 options, namely

1 Movies about to start.
2 Movies A to Z.
3 Sports and Events.
4 Adult.

I think it's time to make a call to customer services and find out what the hell is going on!!!

Re: What is NTL's deffinition of summer?

Of course it is still Summer 2006 in some parts of the world and NTL have been very clever in not specifying which summer they mean.
