Ceasing of services

Hi
Is it legal and normal procedure to have your television services switched off whilst you have a billing complaint

Re: Ceasing of services

Depends on how over due your bill is and how much you owe I would have thought

Re: Ceasing of services

£19.00 with held for a couple of weeks because of a billing dispute but what about all the losing of broadband services and television services as a result of their problems (outages) you pay in advance but get no refunds from lack of them providing the service you have paid for in advance don't they owe you a refund for that

Re: Ceasing of services

Anything over £10 the system automatically puts you on reduced services. Only credit services can remove a NPD. As for credit, you need to speak to customer care once the fault/outage is rectified and they will credit your account. It's hard to get credit when you've not paid your bill though.
