Calling to report a fault

Is it right that when you're reporting a fault, this still just goes throught to CS, who are only open till 8? I always thought fault calls were answered later?

Re: Calling to report a fault

Both departments are open until 8pm Monday - Friday.

Both are open on a Saturday 9am - 5pm

Faults only open on a Sunday till 4pm

Which department answers is dependant on which button you press on the IVR

Re: Calling to report a fault

Waiting 20 minute is unacceptable, that was me on calling billing this afternoon, surely they can reassign other CS staff to the area that needs support, i was a CS at 02 we did that.
