Areas Currently VOD enabled

We are getting lots of questions at the moment about which areas are VOD enabled, which are coming soon, when a certain area will be done etc etc.

This post will detail areas that are enabled and that we know are going to be enabled by a particular date. If your area is not listed, it means we do not yet know when it will be enabled. This post will be updated as soon as we have new information.
