Dunno exactly, but it suggests a fault.

If you have unplugged your STB, left it for 30 seconds, wiped the card, and turned back on and it's still saying it call CS: Faults.

The box is unable to tune to any frequencies. Might be to do with the hot weather. Switch it off overnight, and if it's still doing it in the morning, call Faults.

Yeah, I guessed that. The two errors go together, and mean more-or-less the same thing. I've never seen one without the other.

Re: Di4001 box - what is "er 11" * "er 11" ?

On the Pace Di40xx (4000 series) boxes, ER11 means Unable to tune to default frequency, ER12 means Unable to tune to Latest NIT

Usually you see these if the Network ID isn't set right for the area you are in...

For a quick list see below

ERR1 = Failed Loader Software
ERR2 = Not Enough Ram
ERR3 = Not Enough NVRam
ERR4 = No Platform Found After Software download

And, specific to the 4000 Series...

ER10 = Unable to tune to last frequency
ER11 = Unable to tune to default frequency
ER12 = Unable to tune to latest NIT
ER13 = Unable to scan for frequencies
ER14 = Unable to scan for symbol rate
ER16 = Unable to hard coded preset frequency
