Cancelling NTL

I'm going to be cancelling my NTL TV service, although keeping the phone line and the broadband connection.

I've misplaced the original documentation, and I can't remember what kind of notice I need to give to do this. 30 days rings a bell, but I'm not sure if that's the case if i keep 2 out of the 3 services or if I can just ring up and cancel it that day

Can anyone give me a clue

Re: Cancelling NTL

30 days notice and you need to have completed the 12 month contract period before cancelling normally.

Thanks Paul, that's what I thought. I've had it way more than 12 months.. probably why I've lost the paperwork!!

Re: Cancelling NTL

If you ask nicely someone will advise you of the cancellations address, always best to send a letter (with the relevant account details on giving you request to serve 1 months notice) by recorded delivery so that you have proof they received it.
