VOD not working - Cardiff

VOD not working - Cardiff
When I press on demand today I get the usual "please wait.." in the bottom right, but it doesn't go.
I am then greeted with a nice big blue box which states that I should press "Go to TV" and it may correct the problem.
I have rebooted many times since the problem and it hasn't fixed it.
Is this the STB or ntl end problem?

Ive got the same problem, hasnt been working since last night, from Cardiff also.

now i am confused you say vod isnt working but another thread is saying its going to be 2010 before we get it do you mean pay per view

VoD has already rolled out to certain areas of the ntl Network (Glasgow, Cardiff, Swansea, Belfast, Nottingham and maybe some others).
Just to put my 2p in - VoD wasn't working yesterday during the day, but neither was interactive. It was working when I got home though.

No, they mean VOD, quite a few areas have it now. Whoever said 2010 before we all get it was proberly about right though

that may have been someone taking the pee to be honest markymoan... I wouldnt be surprised if someone else had said "coming soon" in the same thread
