This has been irritating me for ages, in fact, ever since I bought the Digisender. When using the ntl remote, quite often the signal is sent more than once i.e. pressing channel up once actually changes up 2 channels. This also applies to the numeric buttons, which can get very frustrating. If you try pressing the buttons very lightly/quickly, this can sometimes get around the problem, but is no guarantee, & certainly isn't exactly a solution.
I've had a look on the forum accessed via
AEI's tech support, & a number of people have mentioned this problem, but no answers have been forthcoming.
I'm guessing this is 'just one of those things', but if anyone has had this problem & found a way around it, please let me know how
By the way, I'm using a Pace DI4001N STB with the long blue remote.
