Re: lock phone

i believe you can have a pin restriction put on the phone so no outgoing calls can be made without entering it...

Re: lock phone

I`ve been trying to get this set up for 3 days now and all i keep getting told is " There is an I.T problem at our end and it could take up to 48 hours to set it up"

I called tonight and was told it had been implemented but it still does`nt work!
I called CS back and was told AGAIN that the last person i spoke to 24 hours ago had not emailed the IT department.
Now i`ve been told that it could take upto 48 hours again to get it set up! :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: ::::
This is my first bad experience with CS and i`m sure that most helpdesk people are brilliant, But if somebody says they will do something, Please do it!
