Is anyone else getting the annoying favourites bug on Samsung STB where RSmashhits and Screenshop keep getting moved to the very bottom of the list every couple of days? It's annoying as I keep all the radio stations at the bottom of my favourites list for easy access and bloody screenshop keeps appearing at the end.
I have just looking in my event log and see a "DPS erase same pid in other disabled channel" error has appeared over the last couple of days. I don't think this is related to the Screenshop bug which has been going on ever since I got my Samsung (about 6 weeks ago) and those errors weren't present before. I'd be interested to know what that error means though if anyone knows.

I get the same problem but most noticeably (sp?) with Paramount Comedy channel. It doesn't go right to the bottom of the list, but about 5 or 6 channels from the bottom. It's pretty annoying as we had our list set up fine on the old pace box. Happens every fortnight or so... perhaps it has something that reinitialises a signal or something and a side effect is by moving a few channels?
The moving favourites thing is a bug in the software. I'm afraid you'll have to live with it until the next software update. (I don't have a forecast for when this will be).
The "DPS erase same pid.." message is nothing to worry about.
Had all mine reset on me once. I have probably had the box for about 6 months. I just assumed it was something the kids did lol. Now I guess I will have to appologise to them. Why did this thread have to exist lol.
Nice to know the reasons though and how it will be fixed or at least how it could be.

happens to me just about every week. The longer i leave it without reseting to the default list order the more channels appear at the end of the list and out of sequence.
NTL seem to be suggesting that they are going to renumber the channels. I think sorting this problem first would be more useful
