Another Mystery with NTL's time keeping

The clock on my analogue STB has now GAINED one whole hour?

I've had moans about the clock losing 5 minutes over the period of a year, plus always being behind many hours before the summer/wintertime changes take effect, but this is April and I could be getting up (not taking into account losing an hour for summertime) an hour earlier for work if I went by NTL's time!
