Try this website, it has the manual for the vs2003 which works for the vs2000.

It worked for me when I wanted to record a new OGM.

in fact it is virtually the same manual as for the VS2000 as far as I can see - the VS2003 seems to be just the VS2000 phone plus 3 additional handsets (so I assume the VS2001 is phone plus one handset and VS2002 is phone plus 2 handsets).

Thanks for the link anyway - I was after the manual for my VS2000 as I seem to have mislaid mine!
