Back button not working

Hi guys,
hope someone can help here,i have the old back pace stb and am unable to use the back button to go back to the previous channel when i'm 101 or 102?

doesn't appear to be a problem with any other channel except for 101 and 102

have rebooted the box with no luck

any help apreciated

I think its a problem with some of the channels with a press red prompt. The first press usually dispells the dot and the second should jump back a channel.

It is something the TV development people are aware of but it should only happen occasionally on a couple of channels.

On Telewest you press blue (with nothing on-screen) to dispel a prompt. It works better than this silly business of having to press TV/back/red twice...

yeh the box is receiving the prompt,but funnily enough just tried it hey presto its working again,i kid you not i've had this problem for weeks and tried everything i know!!

this is testament to cf's healing powers,healing by remote power of persuasion?

i take my hat off to you guys

On a lot of channels I have you have to hit back twice to get it to go... just one of those ntl "quirks"
