Is it a webpage or something to do with the NTL software some people install (broadjump etc) when getting their broadband running for the first time?

Correct Connect has a 'Test Tab' but no diags button as such. I wonder if the button is on a set-top box configuration menu.

Is this the NTL sign up CD software for dial up customers ?
If so, I think I am correct in saying that if at anytime you have a problem signing in using that peice of software, you can run the diagnostics to see if the problem is at your end, it will usually correct any malfunction.

Personally I never used it, I always dialled in by previously adding the connection for NTL via the Internet properties > connections which you will find in the control panel.
I found that the software which I think you are relating to always used to go wrong, so I uninstalled it.
