Lost a friends phone number
Hi,
Our phone bill is itemised for premium numbers, and I have lost a phone number for a collegue, would it be possible for ntl to list all the last called numbers on the last bill even though its itemised only for premium numbers and send it to us?
TIA

Re: Lost a friends phone number
I am not sure but I think you can but ntl may charge you a £1 on your next bill for a copy of all itemised numbers for the previous month.
Edit: You can - See Debsy42 post below.

Re: Lost a friends phone number
Copy tolls are sent FOC
The £1 charge is if you want itemised tolls every month

This might sound like a stupid question, for which I apologise in advance if you've already explored this option, but have you tried directory enquiries?

Re: Lost a friends phone number
Isn't it also possible for an NTL CS rep to email you the list?

Re: Lost a friends phone number
Unfortunately the process has changed regarding the mailing out of a previous itemisation. You'll have to speak to the nuisance calls beureau(sic?) and request that a copy is sent out, and they'll charge you upto £10 for this. You'll also find that having a copy sent out via E-mail is a big no-no too thanks to licensing restrictions on call centres and the data protection act.

Not in my region is hasn't. The only time copies have to be requested from the NCB is if the calls were made over a certain length of time (8 months I think) ago.
Within 8 months the copy of call logs or copy bills are free of charge. And fully itemised billing is £1.00 a month.

Glad to hear that. It means I don't need to wander up the call centre and slap you

Re: Lost a friends phone number
Jesus, they really sould sort out the national processes then. The call centre I was in stopped taking calls on Tuesday, thank heavens, but since august and the disbanding of our administration team we've stopped doing free itemisations and for all previous bills we were charging a tenner for this service.
Edit: Thankfully, it was Tuesday. A massive consignment of modems was expected as we had a good five hundred or so customers still awaiting the delivery of that little silver box who we had been telling on the Installs managers advice that it would be arriving on Wednesday. (They were expected Tuesday.) They didn't arrive.

Re: Lost a friends phone number
Yes, if you ask ntl to change the tollage to every call itemised they will do this for you - and you can ask for copy bills fullyy itemised to be sent to you
