Talking After 29 days it works

Well after 29 days of our CTV not working, its been sorted

I want to thank Stuart Jameson for the efforts he made to sort this out for me.
As a last ditch attempt after seeing in my other post that someone with the same problem had their box hit twice and it worked I spent an hour on hold Friday night and ended up speaking to Stuart. He said he would do all he could and at some point yesterday he managed to sort it. And true to his word he phoned me yesterday afternoon to explain how the 100 box roll-out went on friday night and if this would be a fix for our STB.

So to Stuart a big thanks, and to those who work for NTL that dont care to much about the customers that pay their wages you could all do with taking a page out of Stuarts book.
