Euronews
Is Euronews coming to ntl?
Sky digital subscribers have had the channel for more than a year now, does anybody know if this channel will be coming to ntl?

Don't get Euronews confused with Eurosport news. I've never seen Euronews on ntl.

Re: Euronews
It used to be on Nynex about hmm... 5-6 years ago.. then vanished into oblivion.. recently saw it on SKY at my sisters place... still appears to be the same as it used to.. with a lot of reports where there is NO COMMENTS made from the reporters.. just video.. kinda liked it..when it was originally about...

Re: Euronews
Yes, we used to have it on the Videotron analogue platform, too. If I remember it used to be on the same channel as The Parliamentary Channel (now BBC Parliament) and Multicultural Television (some cheap VHS style thing that was on at the weekends and now seems to have formed into The Local Channel!)
Does anyone know if Euronews has gone 24 hours yet as I remember they only used to be on from 6am-1am or something like that.

Firstly, to describe ownership of the list, you should have used the word "their".
Secondly, I think Sky News, BBC News 24, ITV News, Bloomberg and CNN International are already a pretty comprehensive line up of news services for people of a European background. To suggest that another should somehow take priority over channels dedicated to serving the large community of people in this country of an Asian background seems absurd.
Thirdly, if ntl do have a "list", as you suggest, there would be no reason for subscription only Asian services to come into it at all.

1st: Well thought the rumour was there's a shortage space on the platform so why put Asian stations on ahead of European one's.
2nd: The "large community" as you call it is now living in europe. Perhap's you should check a map

If you find a view and fact offensive you should perhaps have a good think about message boards
