Channel missing in SK10 Area
I have a number of channels missing and I am in the SK10 area, any body else experiencing same problem?

A) Rebooted the STB?
B) Spoken to ntl about this?

rebooted just now, still the same, just spoken to customer service, fault affecting all of north west. Nothing can be done but wait.

No sign of the 'fault affecting all of North West' on the Server Status Page.
That means either:
A) you were BS'd.
B) The SS page will be updated with said fault at some point (hopefully)
Anyone else in the NW lost any channels?

Nope, had a problem here as well (SK6), confimed with someone up the road as well. One box lost some sports and movie channels, and the other lost everything, tried to reboot and got the 'check cables have not come loose' message. Lasted about 30mins to an hour, is ok now though.

Was a minor outage this afternoon apparently......
Probably due to BT Setting fire to something

Its doing it again now, all channels with "UKTV" are blacked out. Another outage?

They all came back now, I bet someone unplugged the data wire at UKTV !
