I'm a bit new to this so would be appreciate if anyone is able to give me some clues (please!)

I am running eMule with Windows XP, NTL 600 Broadband and Kerio Personal Firewall and am getting massively Low Id values in eMule which, from my limited knowledge, might explain the ridiculously long D/L times.

Have tried configuring firewall to accept ports used by eMule and also tried disabling firewall - all to no effect.
