Re: someone at the government offices has grasped some reality

Yet another attempt to blame bad behaviour on television - I wonder what they blamed it on for all the thousands of years that tv did not exist.

Television is just a convienient scapegoat for bad parenting and all the stupid "pc" policies of the last few years which prevent you actually punishing bad behaviour now. If kids think they can get away with something then they will do it.
