Problems recording on V+

Morning all. I have a problem on my Samsung box and its recent. I have 2 shows set on series record. At the moment I have 68 hours free. As soon as the shows are recorded the bar will go from 68 hours free to 'critical'.

As soon as I delete any recorded show it goes back to 67-68 hours free. But if I don't delete a recorded show it will stay at critical and only partially record anything else I set for recording. There are no overlaps in recording, no HD content recorded taking up 4 times as much space so I'm not sure why this is happening.

Any suggestions? Any help would be much appreciated

Have you rebooted (power off for a few seconds) the V+?

I had only tried pressing the power button until the screen appears with stop.

I have just done the reboot. ill report back with findings once the V+ has done some recording.

Hi

I had the same trouble last week, needed to wait for Virgin to send a software update or similar (wish I had listened now!), anyways called them, few hours and problem was fixed. All fine now.
